• What you’re buying
  You’re purchasing a digital download/stream access to the song, not ownership of the underlying music or copyrights.

• License
  You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the song for personal, non-commercial listening on your own devices. You may store it on multiple devices you own.

• Forbidden uses
  No redistribution, re-uploading, public posting, file-sharing, resale, bundling, or use in videos, ads, performances for pay, broadcasts, podcasts, films, games, or any other commercial context without a separate written license.

• Delivery
  A download link/stream access is provided immediately after purchase and via email to the address you supply. Links may be time-limited or download-limited to prevent abuse.

• Refunds
  Because this is digital content, all sales are final once the download/stream access is delivered. If the file is defective or the link doesn’t work, contact us within 7 days and we’ll replace the file or refund you if we cannot resolve it.

• Chargebacks & fraud
  We may suspend licenses and block future purchases for suspected fraud or chargebacks.

• Intellectual property
  All rights remain with Sage Harris / Saturday Life. Unauthorised use may result in license termination and legal remedies.

• Taxes
  Prices may exclude applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required.

• Governing law
  These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and applicable Canadian law. Consumer rights that cannot be waived by law still apply.

• Changes
  We may update these terms for future purchases. The version at checkout applies to your order.
